IMAGINE

Orqestra — A Managed Elastic Agentic SDLC

You stopped racking servers in 2006. Are you still babysitting AI agents in 2026?

Upgrade self-managed AI workflows to managed AI SDLC infra

agents

Bring Your Own Agents

Orqestra works with your existing agents, running them locally on the engineers machines, while layering in Orqestra skills and prompts. You bring your agents; Orqestra brings self-correcting agent loops, human gates on important decisions, Fast Track and Ultra Review options, and more.

teams

Elastic, Managed AI Teams Running Locally

Assemble multi-role AI teams around your delivery needs, running locally with your existing tools and workflows. Your code stays in your environment, your SDLC stays in your stack, and every run executes with role-specific skills, carefully crafted prompts, and budgets defined up front.

roles

Built-in Leadership, Quality, and Security Roles

Every Orqestra team includes a Team Leader, Code Reviewer, and Security Reviewer by default. Add Architect, Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Data, QA, Product, or Project roles as needed.

discipline

Production-Grade Delivery Discipline

Every workflow is grounded in clear requirements, architecture-first thinking, strict quality gates, comprehensive testing, and rigorous code review.

observability

Operational Visibility and Cost Control

Run-level visibility, execution insights, and detailed cost breakdowns to track performance and manage spend with precision.

OBSERVABILITY

Operational Observability and Cost Control

Orqestra Control Center gives teams run-level visibility, execution insights, and detailed cost breakdowns to track performance and manage spend with precision. The era of burning premium models on every task is over: Orqestra helps you select cost-effective models per workflow and task type, cutting monthly AI bills while preserving quality and velocity.

TRUST CENTER

Trust Center

Orqestra is designed to meet strict security and privacy expectations around your IP, source code, and internal engineering data, so you can adopt AI delivery without compromising control.

code

Your Code Stays Yours

Customer's code is not sent to Orqestra Cloud or third parties and is never used to train external models. Orqestra is designed to protect your IP and keep sensitive source code under your control throughout the delivery workflow.

credentials

Your Credentials Stay Yours

Orqestra does not require or store your agents’ API keys or other sensitive credentials. It works with your local agents, so there is no need to expose secrets or hand over access to sensitive information.

budget

Your Budget Stays Yours

Orqestra does not take over your model spend or sit in the middle of your token budgets. It works with your locally authorized agents and existing budget controls, so spend remains visible, governed, and under your control.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

My Claude/Cursor does the job, why do I need Orqestra?

It does, and often it does it very well.

But you’re using the same general-purpose agent, often with the same expensive model, to design architecture, write TypeScript, build Playwright tests, create Terraform, debug backend concurrency, and review its own work.

Orqestra turns the same underlying coding agents into specialized Virtual Engineers. Each role uses the right model, skills, context, and instructions for the job, from architecture and backend development to QA, DevOps, code review, and security.

Keep Claude. Keep Cursor. Orqestra makes them work as an engineering team.

Why wouldn’t I just use Claude Code Teams or Codex Symphony?

You can. But those products are just a thin orchestration layer centered around their own isolated agents.

Orqestra is designed for teams that want: best in class production ready SDLC with orchestration, code reviews and security gates out of the box; assemble and reuse custom AI teams composed of heterogeneous agents, each configured with role-specific skills and meticulously crafted prompts, such as Senior React Engineer or Senior Python Engineer; budget control; governed delivery across multiple roles and agents; the flexibility to plug in their own tools over time.

Why wouldn’t I use and customize a similar open-source project?

You can, in the same way you can run your own CentOS server instead of spawning a VM in a cloud, but then you are back to owning the infrastructure instead of focusing on business value. It also increases your exposure to supply-chain risk in the open-source ecosystem. Recent incidents around projects such as LiteLLM or Axious are a good reminder that “open” does not automatically mean “safe.” Orqestra gives you a managed model with richer delivery features, governance, security and lower operational burden.

Where does Orqestra sit on the “five levels” of AI coding automation?

In Dan Shapiro’s five-levels framing — from spicy autocomplete to the fully autonomous software factory — most teams plateau at Level 3: every engineer becomes a full-time reviewer, and your life is diffs.

Orqestra is built for the level past that plateau: managed AI teams that carry the review, QA, and security load inside gates you control, so humans supervise decisions instead of babysitting diffs — Level 4 delivery without betting your codebase on a dark factory.

Will I still be able to use my local setup, such as Claude Code with my own skills and definitions?

Absolutely. Orqestra works alongside your local setup and does not require you to give it up. It runs your local agents in an isolated environment with its own skills and prompts, while letting you continue using your existing Claude Code configuration, custom skills, and local definitions.

Can Orqestra Virtual Engineers use my own local skills and agents?

Orqestra runs your own agents inside your existing repo (in an isolated worktree), so yes, your agents will keep use everything you have built so far

How secure is my code?

Your code never leaves your local environment.

Orqestra runs your own local coding agents against your own local Git clone. Source code is never sent to the Orqestra Control Center.

The Control Center receives only operational metadata about each run, such as duration, cost, status, and assigned Virtual Engineers.

Your code stays yours, and stays local.

How secure are my credentials and API keys? Does Orqestra use or access them in any way?

No. Orqestra does not receive, store, or have access to your credentials or API keys.

Your credentials remain in your local environment and are used directly by your own coding agents and integrations. Orqestra orchestrates the work around those agents without taking ownership of, proxying, or transmitting their credentials through the Orqestra Control Center.

This means your GitHub, GitLab, Claude, OpenAI, cloud, and other credentials remain under your existing security and access-control policies.

Your credentials stay yours, and stay local.

What happens if I want to stop using Orqestra?

We will be professionally heartbroken, but the exit path is straightforward. You will not lose your own credentials or need to recreate API keys, because Orqestra does not require taking ownership of them in the first place.

Any remaining budget can still be consumed based on your current plan or usage policy, and once that is complete, Orqestra will stop operating for your environment.

And unlike human engineers, Orqestra Virtual Engineers don’t require a notice period, offboarding process, knowledge transfer, or replacement planning.

What if I want all my data deleted from the Orqestra database?

Send us a deletion request, and we will delete the requested data within 7 business days. If needed, this can be handled through a formal support or privacy workflow, depending on the customer setup.

OK, this looks intriguing. How can I try it?

Request a demo, and we will take it from there. We will walk you through the product, understand your delivery use case, and help determine whether Orqestra is a good fit for your team and workflow.
